AccelFlowSystems processes collected information under explicit enterprise contract authorizations and legitimate business interests for:

4. AI Processing & Model Boundaries

AccelFlowSystems applies natural language processing solely to parse uploaded organizational documents and propose relationship mappings. Customer data is strictly segregated. We maintain an ironclad guarantee: No customer data, vendor contracts, or architectural designs are ever used to train, fine-tune, or calibrate public or third-party artificial intelligence models.

5. Data Sharing & Third-Party Processors

We do not sell, rent, monetize, or broker personal or corporate information. Data is disclosed only to verified sub-processors (such as cloud hosting providers and managed database services) operating under rigorous confidentiality and data protection addendums (DPAs), or when required by enforceable judicial or governmental mandates.

6. Data Retention, Localization & Deletion

We retain client organizational data only for the duration of the active software subscription or as required by applicable commercial record-keeping laws. Upon contract termination or formal administrative request, customer data partitions and associated documentary extracts are securely purged in accordance with DoD 5220.22-M sanitization standards within thirty (30) days.
